MumFit Personal Training is designed to deliver personal training programming that is affordable, challenging, and results oriented. All tailored to you as an individual. You will also be part of a community that helps to encourage and motivate each other to become the best versions of yourself!

What’s included?

In addition to the live workouts available for free on the Mumfurious Fitness, MumFit Personal Training provides you with more tools to enhance your results and achieve your fitness and mobility goals. These exclusive tools include:

  • Protocols

    These focused workouts are aimed to develop strength, balance, power, and mobility by concentrating on a particular body part.

  • Nutrition guidance

    MumFit will teach you to understand nutrition and how to get the results you desire. Jeff will personally work with you in developing your individualized plan.

  • Weekly live mobility webinars with Q&A’s

    Small group Q&A session where you can ask any questions about form, pain, injuries, nutrition, or anything else.

  • Live zoom mobility workshops

    These workshops, which cost non-members $30 each session, provide you the opportunity to better understand your body, how to improve it, and gives you the chance to ask questions pertaining to mobility issues with live video feedback.

  • A 30 minute individual session each month

    Each session can include dance training, correcting workout form, personal mobility training, nutrition coaching, or anything needed to help your journey.


MumFit PLUS Membership

If you would like instant personal feedback through zoom and extra gains, join MumFit PLUS. This group focuses on strength building, mobility, and proper movement mechanics (in contrast to the Twitch workouts which are high intensity interval training - HIIT). When you sign up for MumFit PLUS, it also includes MumFit base crew membership. All MumFit plus group workouts are available on zoom to receive instantly feedback as you train. If you have specific injuries or mobility limitations, Jeff can give you alternative movements to address the issue.

Schedule

There are live workouts 6 days a week, and it is recommend that you try to join at least 3. If you miss the live workout, recordings are available to follow along at anytime.

  • Monday - Thursday: 6 pm EST

  • Friday: 9 am EST

  • Saturday: 6 pm EST


Do I need  a gym membership?

No. MumFit is designed and tailored to fit your home with minimal need for equipment. To complete the training you will need either resistant bands, dumbells and/or kettlebells.

The overall goal with these workouts is to help you both with your mobility/form/balance as well as bringing out the strongest version of YOU that you can obtain.

Prices

MumFit Base Crew Membership: $30 a month per person

MumFit PLUS Individuals: $60 a month per person which includes daily live zoom workout sessions with video critique and feedback.
